Swedish Massage

Massage is a relaxing, light massage, unlike deep tissue massage. Our therapists use massage oil to facilitate smooth, gliding strokes, as well as kneading, friction, stretching and tapping. Firm but gentle pressure is used to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and improve your well being in general.
